Why Your Outfit Calendar Shows Outfits for the Wrong Weather (and How to Fix It)
Some calendars show outfits that don’t match your local weather.
This usually comes down to one of two things: which type of calendar you’re using, or how it was generated.
Here’s how to check and fix both.
Default Calendars
Default calendars follow the same schedule for every member.
They match our print calendars, so they may not reflect your local climate.
How to spot a default calendar
You’ll see a small Frump Fighters icon or a green label next to the calendar name.

How to fix it
- Find the globe icon next to the calendar.
- Tap it to switch hemispheres.
- Choose the hemisphere that matches your location.

- Northern Hemisphere: United States, Canada, Europe
- Southern Hemisphere: Australia, New Zealand, Argentina
Custom Weather Calendars (Requires Premium Level)
You can build a calendar based on your own local climate instead of using a default one.
How to create one

- Tap the pink plus sign.
- Choose Automatically choose outfits based on my weather.
- Enter your city or zip code. (This works for any location worldwide.)
- Finish selecting your other preferences.
Your calendar will generate outfits based on historical weather averages for your area.
If your weather is running colder or warmer than usual
Historical averages won’t always match current conditions on a given day.
To adjust a single day:
- On mobile: In “Month View”, tap a day and a menu will appear the bottom where you can hit “Shuffle Outfit.” In “Week View” tap the pink looping arrow.
- On tablet/desktop: Tap the three dots on that day and a menu will appear where you can hit “Shuffle Outfit.” In “Week View” tap the pink looping arrow.

This checks the current weather for your area and suggests a better match.
If you still don’t like the new outfit it found, simply hit shuffle again.
Alternatively, you can also hit the edit or pencil option to use the outfit fit picker and find your own outfit.
