Why is My Closet and Outfits Section Empty?
If you’re finding that your Closet and Outfits section is empty, don’t worry! We’re here to help you resolve this issue and get your wardrobe organized in no time.
Please follow the steps below to address the situation:
(1.) Style Collection Requirement: The Interactive platform requires a Style Collection to populate your Closet with appropriate capsule wardrobe pieces and provide outfit formulas in the Outfits tab.
(2.) Confirm Style Collection Ownership: If you already own a Style Collection (also known as an outfit guide), we can assist you in adding it to your account. Please provide us with the order number or a screenshot of the item to help the process.
(3.) Purchase a Style Collection: If you haven’t purchased a Style Collection for use in the Interactive Platform, you can browse our available options here.
