Trouble logging in to the Interactive platform
You must purchase the Interactive access once in order to have your account created. Purchase that here and your account will get created. Also, your existing style guides will get unlocked inside as long as you use the same email address that you’ve used before.
If you already purchased the Interactive:
Go to https://app.frumpfighters.com/ and click the RESET PASSWORD link at the bottom. (This won’t work if you haven’t purchased the Interactive because there won’t be any account. See above to purchase first.)
Make sure to enter the email address you used to make your purchase. Hit “Send Reset Link.”
Wait a few minutes and be sure to also check your Spam/Junk folder in case it went there.
If no password reset has arrived, it may be that there was a typo in the email address during the purchase.
