My free trial of Premium has expired and I want to upgrade. Do I have to pay the set up fee for the monthly plan option?

What to expect when upgrading to the monthly plan:
No set-up fee: We value your loyalty as a customer, and there is no set-up fee associated with upgrading to the monthly plan.
Discount code: When you tap on the Upgrade to Premium link within your account and select the monthly plan, you’ll see a discount code (MONTHLYPLANDISCOUNT) already applied for you.
Low-cost monthly subscription: With the discount code applied, the monthly subscription fee for Premium is brought down to $7.97.
