How To Check If a Piece You’re Buying Will Go With Your Wardrobe
Before you buy something new, you can see how it will work with what you already own.
Look at What You Already Own
Say you’re shopping for a print skirt and want to see your solid tops:
- Go to My Closet.
- Tap Filters, choose Tops under Category, and choose Solid under Pattern.
- Scroll through to see what would go with the skirt.
Check What We Recommend
On the Blueprint, tap the piece’s name. Under Coordination, you’ll see which pieces it should go with. This usually shows for prints and accent colors.
“Try On” the Piece in Your Outfits
- Take a screenshot of the piece from the store’s website.
- Go to the Blueprint and find the matching piece. Tap I Own This (or Add another if you already have one), and upload the screenshot. Name it something like “Maybe: print skirt.”
- Tap the three dots on the piece and tap Outfit Ideas.
- Turn on My Pieces to see the new piece in outfits with your clothes.
Decide to buy it? Add the store, brand, and link to the piece.
Decide not to? In My Closet, tap the three dots on the piece and tap Delete.
