How To Change Your Email Or Password

Changing Your Email

1. Tap the menu (the three lines) at the top right and tap Account & Profile.
2. Tap Login Information.
3. Tap Change next to your email.
4. Enter your new email and tap Save.
5. Check your inbox and confirm the change.

Use your new email for future purchases so they unlock in your account automatically.

Changing Your Password

1. Tap the menu (the three lines) at the top right and tap Account & Profile.
2. Tap Login Information.
3. Tap Change next to your password.
4. Enter your new password in New password and Confirm new password. It needs at least 8 characters.
5. Tap Save.

Forgot Your Password?

On the login page, tap Forgot password? Reset it and follow the steps in the email. For more help, see What To Do When You Can’t Log Into Your Account.
