How to Make A Change to Your Premium Membership/Subscription

You can update your email or card, or cancel your Premium subscription, yourself. Which steps to use depends on when you started your subscription, because we changed subscription systems in April 2025.

If You Started Before April 2025

1. Go to frumpfighters.thrivecart.com/updateinfo.
2. Enter the email you used to buy and tap Send me my link.
3. Open the email from ThriveCart (accounts@thrivecart.email) and tap the link.
4. Update your email or card, or cancel your subscription.

If You Started in April 2025 or Later

1. Go to shop.frumpfighters.com/a/subscriptions/login.
2. Enter the email you used to buy and tap Send link.
3. Open the email from Frump Fighters with the subject Customer portal login info and tap the link.
4. Update your email or card, or cancel your subscription.

Before you cancel: if you cancel and come back later, you’ll lose any special pricing you had. The monthly plan isn’t currently available.
